- To prepare for the consultation, review process and data analysis.
- To consider what future-focused elements will be important for your next Strategic Plan.
- To share experiences and ideas.
- To ensure you have all the information you need for the in-depth Strategic Planning Day.
Part 2: Strategic Planning Day
Friday 30th October, 2026 — 9:00am – 3:30pm
Karapiro Room, Sir Don Rowlands Event Centre, Lake Karapiro, Cambridge
Purpose:
- To bring together all your information into strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- To timeline your initiatives to ensure optimal impact.
- To craft your annual plan based on your initiatives.
- To ensure MoE Strategic Planning guidelines are met.
- To share ideas and innovate solutions.
- To optimise strategic planning tools and templates so you can focus on the content.
