20+ years teaching people to lead through conversation

I started Momentum Learning because I believed something simple: when people have better conversations, everything gets better. Teams. Culture. Results. Relationships.

That belief hasn't changed. What has is how many people I've been able to reach, from school leaders in the Waikato to executives in boardrooms, from new managers finding their feet to experienced leaders ready to go further.
