Hello, World!

Momentum Learning · About Us

We are all
in this together.

We started Momentum Learning because we believed something simple. When people have better conversations, everything gets better. Teams. Culture. Results. Relationships. That belief drives everything we do.

When people have better conversations, everything gets better.

Teams. Culture. Results. Relationships. That's what we believe and it's what drives every programme, every workshop, and every coaching conversation we have.

Our team brings deep expertise, real world experience, and genuine care to every engagement. We don't do off the shelf. We don't do one size fits all. We design for you, your people, your context.

What You Can Count On

Our promise to you.

We honour your time

We use it wisely and strategically. Every session, every engagement is designed to move you forward.

We tell you the truth

Even when it's hard. We ask the brave questions and disrupt unhelpful patterns, always with care.

We don't do off the shelf

We design professional learning that reflects the uniqueness of your people and your context.

We build lasting capability

Your team leads the learning long after we've left the room. That's the point.

We ground our work in research

Our approaches are informed by the latest evidence, with real world relevance built in.

We bring energy and joy

Learning should uplift the spirit. We bring our full selves and enjoy the ride.

The People Behind the Work

Meet the team.

Director and Founder

I've spent more than 20 years in rooms with leaders, educators, and teams. The thread that runs through all of it is this: when people learn to have better conversations, everything else gets better too.

I work as a trainer, coach, and speaker. I love the big picture work and I love the one on one stuff too, where real breakthroughs happen quietly in a coaching conversation that shifts something fundamental.

My approach is research-backed and unapologetically practical. I don't do theoretical for the sake of it. I do what works. And I bring everything I've got to every room I step into.
