Mary-Anne Murphy
I've spent more than 20 years in rooms with leaders, educators, and teams. The thread that runs through all of it is this: when people learn to have better conversations, everything else gets better too.
I work as a trainer, coach, and speaker. I love the big picture work and I love the one on one stuff too, where real breakthroughs happen quietly in a coaching conversation that shifts something fundamental.
My approach is research-backed and unapologetically practical. I don't do theoretical for the sake of it. I do what works. And I bring everything I've got to every room I step into.

A strategic thinker, creative leader, and deeply grounded educator. A proud descendant of Ngāi Tahu, Taranaki, and the spirited people of Poland, Emalene brings a rich blend of cultural heritage, empathy, and insight to every space she enters.
As Principal of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Paeroa and part-time Facilitator with Momentum Learning, she leads with both heart and clarity, navigating change, building connection, and creating impact that lasts.
