Programme Overview

Foundation Setting

Initial Strategy Session: Begin with a focused meeting with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to outline the review process. We’ll explore key areas, identify critical questions, and determine involved personnel and timelines.

Leader 1:1 Interviews: Engage in one-on-one interviews with leaders to gather deep insights into current challenges and opportunities.

Insight Synthesis: Follow-up involves collating and synthesising information to develop a comprehensive report, which is then submitted to the SLT for review.

Strategic Development

Collaborative Strategy Session: Work with the SLT to develop a strategic action plan. This includes setting clear goals and creating an actionable roadmap for cultural transformation.

Week 5 Check-In: Participate in a 90-minute online session to review progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure the strategy is on track.

Progress and Planning

End-of-Quarter/Term Review: Conduct a thorough review to assess progress, refine strategies, and set next steps for continued growth and improvement.

Week 10 Final Session: Conclude with a 90-minute online session to evaluate outcomes and plan the way forward, ensuring lasting impact.
