When you work with one of us, you work with all of us.
The Momentum Learning team collectively offers a depth of knowledge and experience across many focus areas.
Your aspirations, your team, and your triumphs are at the heart of everything we do. We're not just dedicated to delivering excellence – we're committed to shaping your pathway to greatness. Just as you deserve the best, your team deserves nothing less.
It’s about you
You deserve the very best facilitation for your people. We understand how choosing the right person to work with your staff is crucial to the success of any development. That is why we are a PLD provider that prides itself on quality.
Our promise to you:
We won’t waste your time. We will think strategically.
We won’t be counterproductive to your vision. We will work alongside you to help you realise the best way forward.
We won’t be outdated. We will be research-based and current.
We won’t do a one-size-fits-all approach. We will personalise your PLD for your unique needs.
We won’t take the knowledge with us as we walk out the door. We will build capability within your staff to sustain and self-lead.
We won’t accept anything that’s not serving the greater good. We will question, respectfully challenge and provoke.
We don’t work in silos. We work with each other on projects, as well other providers as needed.
We don’t do boring. We keep the energy up and enjoy a good laugh along the way.

Meet Donna
Ripeka Price
Kaimahi | Facilitator
Ngāti Maniapoto
Ripeka has the fabulous ability as a facilitator to deliver Cultural Capability and does so with humility and confidence while maintaining and enhancing the mana of others. She leads by example and collaborates with others through manaakitanga and aroha. With 24 years of teaching experience, primarily in the secondary school sector, Ripeka credits her professional growth to her tupuna, her hapu and her iwi.
Momentum have adapted and used our local curriculum ideas and created some wonderful resources that
allow for student agency. The tasks are underpinned by sound social science pedagogy like perspectives,
decision making, critical thinking, understanding sources and bias, and conceptual understanding.
My favourite resources link the past with the contemporary through exploring the concept of identity. The tasks
integrate skills with content that we think is important for our students to explore, for example how Te Tiriti impacts
Ngāi Tahu today. I would fully recommend Momentum Learning to help you with implementing ANZHs.
