The Mastering EQ Level 1 & 2 programme provides you with the skills and a set of comprehensive materials to deliver structured EQ Workshops using the RocheMartin Emotional Intelligence platform to professional groups within organisations.
Programme Structure and Dates
This is an online, live facilitated programme designed with intentional "brain-breaks" to support focus and learning transfer.
• Dates: Friday 6th March, Monday 9th March
• Time: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm daily.
• Format: A blend of theory, application, reflection, and facilitation practice.
(Note: you must complete ECR & ECR360 Certification before you participate in Mastering EQ Level 1 & 2).
INVESTMENT NZ$2,900 + GST
Having an Emotional Intelligence certification brings credibility, depth and trust to the coaching work. It’s important to have a certification in a rigorous, evidence-based tool. It is not overly theoretical compared to other products on the market.

A step-by-step guide for facilitating RocheMartin's Mastering EQ Level 2 Workshop.
How to revise individuals ECR 360 feedback sessions in a group sessions for individuals who have already completed a ECR 360 one on one feedback session.
Hands-on experience & practical exercises for teaching the remaining six emotional competencies critical to leadership success.
Practice with Card Sort activities to assist in understanding the specific emotional skills that underpin each competency to examine the building blocks of an individual’s emotional intelligence.
